The first time I realized I had the creative bug was when I was 7, when my crafty Grandma Dot taught me how to sew. I was hooked on the concept of picking my own elements and putting them together however I wanted--what an amazing discovery! So I was off and running from there. As I got older, I took an interest in decorating and photography, too. My hands always had to be building or creating something. But as soon as I had my first art class in high school, I realized that creating on paper was my absolute true love.

I am now a graphic designer who has designed for everyone from individuals to huge corporations over the years. I struck out on my own as a freelancer in 2008 under the name Dot Design (named after my Grandma, of course!). I soon discovered that I love designing paper goods for all types of events and correspondence. So naturally, Dot Stationery was born.

I feel that an invitation sets the tone for the entire event. This comes from my background in marketing & branding. A good invitation will tell a guest about the sender's style and what to expect at the event.

Weddings are a big deal here, but I do designs for all the big life events: babies, mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays and more.
I'd love to hear about your event – please reach out to me for a free consultation!
